Who we are
HAHA Smart Cooler uses this website to answer questions and prepare quotes. Purchases are completed on the official shop, shop.aismartcooler.com, which has its own checkout and privacy terms.
What you may send us
Our forms ask for your name, email, phone, company, location type, model interest and a message. We use that information to recommend a cooler and reply to you.
We never ask for payment card numbers on this website. Please do not put a card number in a message field — card payments happen on the shop.
Logs and cookies
Server logs may include your browser type, IP address and the pages you open. Those logs keep the site reliable and show us which models people read.
How long we keep requests
We keep quote emails long enough to answer you, prepare an order conversation and keep a record of what we recommended. To have a request deleted, email Brandon@AISmartCafe.com and name the request.
We do not sell contact lists. We share information with the shop or a delivery partner only when you ask us to move a purchase or a shipment forward.
